Tubular Heaters
We currently have a delivery time of 5-6 weeks for all tubular heaters Ø8.5mm Ø6.5mm, regardless of material, for orders of 5 pieces or more.
Tubular heaters can be made stretched or bent according to customer's drawing. The area of application are mould tools and plate heaters. For liquids and gases, especially screw-in variants are preferred.

Ribbed Tubular heaters from HKE-tec are used in temperatures below 200 °c as normal convection heaters (for air and gas), for example for heating outdoor vending machines, shop windows or sign bridges.
In addition, finned tubular heaters from HKE-tec are used for the production of hot air. In this case, the temperature is dependent on the media flow. The enlarged surface of galvanized metal ribs (which are pushed onto the tubular radiators) can be applied to smooth heating elements round tubular radiators with higher surface load. This results in lower surface temperatures and/or shorter lengths.
