Silicone Barrel Heating

Our silicone barrel heater is optimized for heating soaps, fats, paints and other oil-based products in 200-liter barrels. To achieve shorter warm-up times or higher temperatures, up to three modules can be used simultaneously.

The silicone rubber insulation provides protective insulation in accordance with Class II standards. The heating element of the silicone drum heater has a PTFE coating and is enclosed between several layers of silicone-coated glass fabric. The unit is supplied complete with a 20 °c to 120C ° Capillary tube Controller, 2 meter connection cable and a Federrastenbefestigung. This ensures a good surface contact to the keg.

Occupational safety

All silicone drum heaters are manufactured in such a way that they comply with the EU's low voltage directive and EMC directive and are labelled with the CE mark accordingly. In addition, in the interest of safety, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply from the drum heater when the barrel is empty or just filled, or when installing or removing the heater itself.

It is recommended to operate the appliance in a dry environment and with a ventilated barrel in order to avoid the build-up of the barrel pressure.

Our barrel heating elements with insulating jacket are particularly suitable for heating soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products. You can choose between 0 ° to 40 °c or 0 °-90 °c between the control ranges.
